Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, “the Terms and Conditions of Use”) govern the access and use of the COBS platform (hereinafter, “the Platform”), as well as the contracting of services through it. Mere access to the Platform grants the person who performs it the status of a user of the same (hereinafter, “the User”). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions of Use, the User must immediately leave the Platform without using it.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use, the User declares:

  • That they have read, understand, and accept what is stated here.
  • That, in the event of contracting any service, they have sufficient capacity to do so.
  • That, if acting on behalf of a legal entity, they have sufficient and valid power of representation to do so.
  • That they are of legal age.

 

The Services offered by COREGISTROS to the User through the Platform can only be contracted and/or used for a purpose related to commercial, business, trade, or professional activity. Consequently, the contracting and/or use of the services by the User is not subject to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

1. General Information about the Platform

The Platform allows, firstly, to contract marketing campaigns and, subsequently, to monitor these campaigns in real time. The maximum potential of the Platform is offered by uploading the results of the actions (positive, negative, erroneous, pending, etc.) to cross them with our data so that decision-making can be immediate.

The Platform allows requesting quotes, signing contracts, contracting more campaigns, uploading materials, graphically viewing the evolution of the campaigns, and also offers advice to optimize marketing actions.

COREGISTROS offers the opportunity to generate business thanks to the acquisition of qualified profiles and provides strategic advice in the definition of campaigns and personalized support to ensure the maximum performance of marketing activities.

2. Access to the Platform

The simple access to the Platform is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.

3. Contents and Services Linked through the Platform

The Platform may contain technical linking devices, directories, and even search tools that allow the User to access other pages and Internet portals (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). In these cases, COREGISTROS will only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their illegality and has not deactivated the link to them with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate content, they can report it to COREGISTROS.

In no case should the existence of Linked Sites imply the formalization of agreements between COREGISTROS and the persons responsible for or owners of them, nor the recommendation or promotion of the Linked Sites and/or their contents by COREGISTROS. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform, COREGISTROS does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and, therefore, is not responsible for any damages that they may cause to the User or any third party.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All the contents of the Platform, understood as including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of COREGISTROS or third-party licensors, and none of the exploitation rights recognized by the current intellectual property regulations are understood to be transferred to the User.

The trademarks, trade names, and other distinctive signs published on the Platform are the property of COREGISTROS or third-party licensors and/or licensors, and no rights over them are understood to be transferred to the User.

5. Password

The User is responsible at all times for the safekeeping of their password, thus assuming any damages that may arise from its improper use, as well as from its transfer, disclosure, or loss. For these purposes, access to restricted areas and/or the use of the services and contents of the Platform carried out under their password will be deemed to have been made by the User.

6. Service Contracting

The language in which the contracting can be formalized is Spanish.

The procedure for contracting services through the Platform is as follows:

New User:

  1. Once on the Portal, the User must first select the country, province, and city from which they want to obtain leads and how they want to contact them. To continue, the User must click the “continue” button.
  2. Next, the User must select the gender and age of the leads they want to obtain. The User must also indicate whether they wish to generate their own lead database through the service or if they prefer to pay for the temporary use of lead data that is already part of the COREGISTROS database. At this point, the User must also indicate which additional information fields about the leads they wish to obtain, as well as other configuration aspects that are requested. To continue, the User must click the “request quote” button.
  3. Next, the User must fill in the requested contact details. They must also choose the password that they will use to access their private area of the Platform. To continue, the User must click the “send” button.
  4. The User will see a message on the screen and receive an email confirming the correct receipt of the quote request. Within a maximum of 48 working hours from then, the User will receive the requested quote via email.
  5. To continue with the service contracting, the User must access their personal area on the Platform, where they must click on the quote to be formalized and select the final desired volume of leads.
  6. Next, they must review the contract and proceed with the payment.
  7. The User will see a message on the screen and receive an email confirming the correct completion of the payment.

 

COREGISTROS will keep an electronic record of the contracting made by the User, who can consult their purchase history through their personal area on the Platform.

Registered User:

The User already registered on the Platform can access their personal area at any time and request new quotes.

7. Correction and Identification of Errors in Data Entry

When the User forgets to correctly fill in any data marked as mandatory in the corresponding form, they will not be able to proceed with the contracting or validation process until it has been completed. A message on the screen will warn them of this circumstance.

They can modify and/or update the data provided during the contracting process at any time before its completion by going back to the desired step.

By accessing their account, the User can modify and/or update at any time the data they provided when registering as a user of the Platform.

8. Price and Payment Methods

The prices indicated for each service do not include, unless expressly stated otherwise, the Value Added Tax (VAT) and, in any case, are expressed by default in Euro (€) currency.

The payment methods available on the Platform are as follows:

  • Credit card.
  • Bank transfer (payment will not be considered made until COREGISTROS has proof of its effective receipt).
  • PayPal.

9. Complaints, Claims, and Requests for Information

The User can address their complaints, claims, and/or requests for information to COREGISTROS using any of the following methods:

  • Sending a letter to COREGISTROS, Calle París, núm. 186, penthouse, 08036 – Barcelona, Spain.
  • Sending an email to the address info@coregistros.com
  • Calling the phone number +34 93 611 21 73 from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday except holidays.

10. Nullity and Ineffectiveness of Clauses

If any clause included in these Terms and Conditions of Use is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, with these Terms and Conditions of Use remaining in all other respects and considering such provision totally or partially as not included.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The User and COREGISTROS agree to submit any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, or the contracting of services carried out through it, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
